Ls' Village is a boutique digital marketing agency established in 2019, coinciding with founder Allaa Samir's daughter Lily's first birthday. Based in the Middle East, the agency has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for businesses in Egypt, the UAE, and Kuwait. Notable clients include The Sage Experience, The Batterhalf, Al Alamein Hotel, Address Marassi Golf Resort, and Wild Guanabana.

Initially focused on small businesses and start-ups, the agency has grown to serve a diverse portfolio while maintaining a commitment to excellence. Story Behind the Name!
Shortly after giving birth to Lily, Allaa was constantly thinking about the struggles of motherhood and the amount of support needed to truly take care of a baby. There was a quote that always ran through her mind, "It takes a Village to raise a child." As a working mom, she felt she truly needed a Village, so she built one! She knew she wanted to name it after Lily, so she said L's... hmmm? When a member of her team suggested Village, no one had to think twice.
Now Lily has her very own Village run by her mama and that's how Ls' Village was officially established on Lily's first birthday. You hire one person (Allaa) and you get a whole Village!
About The Founder (& CEO!)
Allaa Samir is a digital marketing expert with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Marketing) and an HR diploma from Oxford. She began her career in hospitality at Cairo Marriott, where she discovered her passion for digital marketing. Leaving her hotelier role, she pursued freelancing, eventually founding Ls' Village shortly after the birth of her daughter, Lily.
Throughout her career, Allaa has worked with top brands like Sobhy Kaber, Brother-Pharma, AR Group, and Jinni Services. She also served as Digital Marketing Director and Senior Partner at an events agency, gaining expertise in events marketing and artist relations, working with names like Russell Peters, Craig David, and Faouzia.
Re-establishing Ls' Village independently, Allaa now focuses on building brands with her team. Passionate and driven, she continues to grow professionally while striving to achieve work-life balance, all with the goal of making Lily proud.
